Introduction

At Servo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both users and service providers, ensuring smooth operations while accommodating unexpected changes. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations.


Cancellation Grace Periods

Urgent Service

  • Definition: Services delivered within 2 hours of booking.

  • Grace Period: Cancellations made up to 45 minutes before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: S$10 for cancellations made less than 45 minutes before the scheduled time.


Semi-Urgent Service

  • Definition: Services scheduled for 2-24 hours after booking.

  • Grace Period: Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: S$10 for cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled time.


Scheduled Service

  • Definition: Services scheduled for 24-48 hours after booking.

  • Grace Period: Cancellations made up to 12 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: S$10 for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.


Non-Urgent Service

  • Definition: Services scheduled more than 48 hours after booking.

  • Grace Period: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellation Fee: S$10 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.


Accidental Bookings

  • Free Cancellation: Users are allowed one free cancellation per day if it is made within 5 minutes of the booking to account for accidental bookings.


Partner Cancellations

  • No Fee: Partners do not pay a cancellation fee.

  • Credit Score Impact: Partners' in-app credit scores will drop if they cancel a booking. This will result in lower search prioritisation.


Account Suspension: If a partner's credit score drops below 0/100, their account will be banned. Appeals must be made to unlock the account.
