At Servo, we aim to protect both users and service partners while keeping operations smooth and fair. The following guidelines outline how cancellations, no-shows, and related fees are handled.

Transaction Fees

  • Servo Fee: An 8% transaction fee is charged on each successful order.

  • Payment Provider Fees: External payment providers generally charge an additional 3–4% per transaction.


User Cancellations

To maintain fairness for partners who reserve their time, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Service

  • Cancellation Fee: Users will be charged S$5 or S$10 (final amount may vary depending on service type and duration).

  • Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance:
    No fee will be charged.


Accidental Bookings

  • Users may cancel within 5 minutes of booking once per day at no cost.


Partner Cancellations

Partners help keep the Servo ecosystem reliable. To ensure service quality, cancellations affect partner credit scores.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

  • Credit Score Impact: –10 points

  • No monetary fee applies.


Partner No-Shows

  • Severe Impact: –50 points
    (No-shows significantly disrupt user experience and operations.)


Credit Score & Account Status

  • A low credit score results in reduced search priority.

  • If a partner’s score drops below 0/100, their account will be suspended and will require an appeal for reactivation.
